This weight calculator performs some popular calculations to provide guidelines about your ideal weight:

  Body mass index, a measure of your weight vs. your height. The result can be interpreted as follows:

  BMI (women) BMI (men)
Underweight < 19.1 < 20.7
Healthy 19.1 - 25.7 20.7 - 26.3
Overweight 25.8 - 32.3 26.4 - 31.1
Obese >32.3 >31.1

  Lean body mass, the mass of your body without fat, taking into account:
  • Weight
  • Waist
  • Wrist circumference (women only)
  • Hip circumference (women only)
  • Forearm circumference (women only)
  Body fat percentage, which is how much fat you carry.

  Ideal weight based on your height. Note: All calculations are based on averages.
