The following training plans can be downloaded into your device and
immediately used with MyTrainingPlan. We are
working on new training plans that will be posted soon.
Download Instructions
- Choose a training plan file below. Once on your desktop, unzip the file.
The resulting file in an MTP file, which contains the training plan.
- Connect your device to your desktop.
- In ActiveSync, click Explore. Windows Explorer will open the Mobile Devices folder.
- In another Windows Explorer, locate the training schedule file you downloaded.
- To copy the file to your device, right-click the file and click Copy. Then place the cursor
in the folder \My Documents\Templates for your device, right-click, and click Paste.
- In MyTrainingPlan choose New and Import a training schedule.
- Select the training plan file you just copied by entering the name or using the Browse button.
- Select the starting week by choosing a date (any date within the week)
- Choose OK to import the plan.
