The following training plans can be downloaded into your device and immediately used with  MyTrainingPlan. We are working on new training plans that will be posted soon.

Download Instructions

  1. Choose a training plan file below. Once on your desktop, unzip the file. The resulting file in an MTP file, which contains the training plan.
  2. Connect your device to your desktop.
  3. In ActiveSync, click Explore. Windows Explorer will open the Mobile Devices folder.
  4. In another Windows Explorer, locate the training schedule file you downloaded.
  5. To copy the file to your device, right-click the file and click Copy. Then place the cursor in the folder \My Documents\Templates for your device, right-click, and click Paste.
  6. In MyTrainingPlan choose New and Import a training schedule.
  7. Select the training plan file you just copied by entering the name or using the Browse button.
  8. Select the starting week by choosing a date (any date within the week)
  9. Choose OK to import the plan.
