devices ever), Palm OS

talented candidates with a passion for software development, who preferably have a general interest in health
& fitness, can work with little or no
supervision (self-motivated), have a history of creativity and innovation in various
fields and want to develop applications that really help people (and a lot of them)

J2ME Application Software Engineer |

We are seeking a software engineer to develop the next generation of VidaOne's health &
fitness software for J2ME mobile devices.Responsibilities
 |
Define, design, implement and support the finest
health & fitness applications, with a strong emphasis on user interface
and performance, using the latest technology available. |
|
|
Review existing applications on other platforms
for the purpose of developing new applications. |
|
|
Develop synchronization conduit with desktop. |
|
|
Provide email customer technical support of those
applications (if/as needed). |
Required Qualifications
|
|
Computer Science degree or equivalent. |
|
|
J2ME programming experience. |
|
|
Fast learner, autonomous and requiring little supervision. |
|
|
Self-motivated, strong attention to details, ability to think clearly,
creatively and independently. |
Desired Qualifications
|
|
Experience in object-oriented design and structured software development process. |
|
|
Infrared and network programming experience. |
|
|
Web development experience. |
|
|
Database (relational, ODBC) development experience. |
|
|
Experience in the complete life cycle of
developing and releasing software products. |

Windows Applications Software Engineer |

We are seeking a software engineer to expand VidaOne's health & fitness software for
Windows XP and Vista.Responsibilities
|
|
Define, design, implement and support the finest
Windows health & fitness applications, with a strong emphasis on user interface
and performance, using the latest technology available. |

|
Participate in the development on synchronization
modules for HotSync (Palm OS), ActiveSync (Pocket PC) and other mobile devices. |
|
|
Provide outstanding customer technical support of
those applications (if/as needed) |
Required Qualifications
|
|
Computer Science degree or equivalent. |

|
C++ and MFC hands-on programming experience. |
|
|
Fast learner, autonomous and requiring little supervision. |

|
