iTouch), Mac (OS X), BlackBerry (RIM), Windows Mobile (Pocket PC, Smartphone) and Windows
(XP, Vista). We are looking for talented candidates with a passion for software
development, who preferably have a general interest in health & fitness, can work with
little or no supervision (self-motivated), have a history of creativity and innovation
in various fields and want to develop applications that really help people (and a lot of
them) significantly improving their health (a VidaOne customer has lost 120 lb/55 kg by

BlackBerry/Java ME Application Software Engineer |

We are seeking a software engineer to develop the next generation of VidaOne's health &
fitness software for BlackBerry using Java ME.Responsibilities
 |
Participate in the development plan (milestones,
schedule) to deliver quality products on time. |
|
|
Design, implement and maintain the finest
BlackBerry health, fitness and nutrition applications, with a strong emphasis on
the user experience and performance. |
|
|
Develop record-level synchronization with Windows
application. |
|
|
Work with customers to improve the products
(including technical support). |
Required Qualifications
|
|
B.S. Computer Science, or equivalent. |
|
|
BlackBerry and/or Java ME application development
experience using Eclipse. |
|
|
Experience in object-oriented design and
structured software development process. |
|
|
Experience in the complete life cycle of
developing and releasing software products. |
|
|
Experience in SQL database development and
integration of it in applications. |
Desired Qualifications
|
|
Infrared (IrDA), Bluetooth, GPS and network
programming experience. |
|
|
Web development experience. |
